July to September Statistics!

Here are some of our statistics from July to September 2023!

In September we answered our highest amount of calls, 49,963!

In July we offered 47,029 appointments, With 17,824 of those being with a GP!

In September we also saw our lowest amount of missed appointments - 1,163! That is 2.47% of the total amount of appointments offered.

Don't forget, if you cant make your appointment please let the practice know so they can offer it to someone else!
